Strength zone
Je kunt bij ons al je spiergroepen trainen op de verschillende krachtapparaten in de Strength zone. Op de apparaten met gewichten aan kabels staat duidelijk aangegeven welke spieren je ermee traint. Alle apparaten kunnen worden ingesteld op jouw lengte en voorkeur. -
Cardio zone
We have a large range of cardio equipment. Perfect for improving your fitness and burning off calories. You will be training on equipment from Matrix. These machines are easy to use, but if you have any problems please ask a member of staff who will be happy to help! -
Free weight zone
In de Free Weight zone train je met dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells en plates. Over het algemeen zal dit je meer algehele kracht opleveren dan wanneer je traint met de machines. Dit komt door de vrije beweging waardoor spieren samen moeten werken bij het verplaatsen van het gewicht. -
Functional zone
Dit is een zone met verschillende materialen waar je meerdere oefeningen kan trainen die je in het dagelijkse leven tegenkomt. Je kan hier aan de slag met materialen als een functional rack, slam balls, plyo boxen, bumper plates, olympic bars en kettlebells. -
Stretch zone
De Stretch zone is voor het rekken van de spieren en trainen van de buikspieren. Dit doe je met materialen zoals een stretchrek, gym balls, foam rollers en matjes. In deze zone train je voornamelijk stabiliteit en mobiliteit. -
Virtual cycling
In de Virtual Cycling zone wordt je conditie flink op de proef gesteld met onze Indoor Cycling lessen die je volgt via een groot scherm. Op het groepslesrooster zie je wanneer er lessen vast zijn ingepland en daarnaast kan je op elk moment van de dag zelf een les starten. Neem je oortjes mee, plug ze in op een van de fietsen en laat die beenspieren maar branden!
